Having over 20 years of real estate experience, I pride myself in providing a superior level of informed, professional real estate services to buyers and sellers. I am a long-time resident of Montgomery County, MD. Our family moved to Maryland from Boise, Idaho 40 years ago. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered on academics and athletics.
I have an A.A. degree from Montgomery College in Construction Management and a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland focusing on management and marketing. While attending the University of Maryland, I worked in the computer industry for 3 years then as a construction superintendent for NV Homes for 2 years. After residential building then I specialized in commercial construction sales for several well-known commercial contractors in Maryland, D.C. and in Northern Virginia. The projects ranged from $100’s of thousands to $10’s of millions. For me, Real Estate was a natural progression where I used my building experience to give my clients an advantage in a competitive marketplace.
