Description
Since 1990, Mark has been involved as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, working diligently helping clients with their real estate investments. He has also been a Stock Broker and Options Trader, advising clients on their investment and trading strategies. He worked both businesses for many years but due to time constraints he decided he had to sell one of his businesses. Realizing his desire to become more fully involved in real estate investing, consulting, mentoring and project management, the choice was easy!!
To make room for that transition, Mark also decided to sell his is very successful “home rehabbing” business but still maintains many of his holdings, enjoying the positive cash flow and appreciation potential. Discovering the incredible potential of the “fractional” real estate market in 2007, Mark began refining his business further by becoming a franchise member of “Fractional Homes International” in 2008. Upon completing his extensive training in February, 2009, his business will focus solely on “fractional” real estate as a broker/consultant, investor, and project manager. He will be working with clients who have an interest in owning and/or investing in property at many of the world’s finest destination resorts.
